Reliability Analysis for Crashworthiness of  Vehicle in Side Impact

• In this project, I carried out reliability analysis of vehicle design taking into consideration side impact protection procedure specified by NHTSA.

• Analyzed the injury criteria in terms of dummy response for pelvis and abdomen part during side impart.

• Performed Reliability analysis using Monte Carlo Simulations, First Order Reliability Methods (FORM), Kriging surrogate modeling with Adaptive sampling.

• DACEfit function in MATLAB was used to find the approximate limit state functions.
